Pagliai’s is a gem in Bowling Green. I stop by whenever I’m in town, sometimes just to relive a fond memory. The food was steaming hot, the drink frosted like a scene from a commercial, and everything tasted amazing. The atmosphere is cozy, the service is warm, and I enjoy every visit. Highly recommend.
Been there forever. Try thin, hand tossed, pan very different from each other. The sauce is garlic heavy, but good. The buffet is a favorite. Really it's a must try , do a pan cheese, sausage,green olives,onion. Bam
Met friends from MI for a late lunch. Had the Thu special of lasagna, salad, and garlic bread. The meat sauce over the lasagna was generous and amazing! We made our own salads at the bar, so many good options. Jamie took great care of us and checked on us often as we lingered and never felt rushed. Highly recommend; we'll be sure to return.
Fresh pizzas, awesome salad bar, and fresh tea. Ordered the buffet and it did not disappoint. Pick a pizza and they'll make it - and give you first dibs when it comes out. Soup and breadsticks are available too. Great music, and a wonderful waitress made it a fantastic dining experience
The food: Salad Bar and Lasagna Seriously the most flavorful lasagna that is overloaded on your plate! I can never eat the entire meal! Especially when I start off with the salad bar! Every time I order the lasagna plate, I feel like I am at someone’s grandma house and they are serving me well to make sure I eat they always have great pizza that you can specifically create to your liking when you order the all you can eat pizza. And when your very own special request is ready, they bring out to your table so that you get first dibs! I seem to find some interesting combos at the pizza bar that are often a pallet pleaser! A great way to try new things! The Service: Fast, friendly and efficient. Not sure I just get lucky, but we always get great service! The Atmosphere: If you are looking for fine dining, this is not really the place. The salad/pizza bar is not very far from the seating area, and it just feels like a hometown restaurant with a family setting. The booths are comfortable, and the restaurant has been clean every time I arrive. Oh, and there is plenty of parking in the parking lot.
Went in to try it for the first time and we decided to get the buffet. I seen the owner doing an interview on the new and he said "I know I don't have the best pizza..." He's either being humble or selling himself short, because every pizza we tried was excellent. Great quality ingredients, nice crust that wasn't hard, and a nice selection. It's one of the best pizza's in the area by far. I'll drive the 30 minutes again to get it. I personally would put it on par with Pizza Pub, which is a top 5 favorite of mine. I never had a roast beef pizza, and didn't expect much, but the roast beef actually had great flavor.
Our server was very attentive to our needs. We went to Pagliai's just at opening and the eatery was ready for service. The salad bar was full, soups were on and pizza was ready. My order was nacho delights and they looked absolutely perfect. Taste great. And the cashier was friendly and speedy. Yes there is handicap parking
Great pizza and great salad bar.. had a local craft soda that was like Dr pepper but better
